How random is this? I saw it while I was biking today.

16? What is wrong with 14? Or 17?

    not as random as a 12 and 1/2 MPH sign I saw here in Utah. I will try to get a picture of it next time I drive by

    D/FW airport used to have speed limit signs on some of their access roads for 37 mph.

    It's simple. How many 15 or 25 mph signs do you remember? But THIS one caught your attention, didn't it. Mission accomplished.
